The problem is that the Pursuit of Happiness is an unalienable right according to the Declaration of Independence, but it was omitted in the U.S. Constitution. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness in the Declaration becomes “Life, Liberty and Property in two of the amendments. We need to fix this unfinished business by adding a new amendments tot eh Constitution, the Happiness Amendment:
